  We have been going there for about 3 years. My daughters frames broke where the hinges are glued the glue didn't hold i brought it to the office staff and asked if there is a warranty they said they had a 1 year warranty the glasses were only 8 or 9 months old. They told me it would cost $20.00 dollars to replace them. I was told because they moved to a new office money was tight and they couldn't just replace the frames without me paying $20.00 for the. I repeated I didn't feel i should pay because they were within the 1 year warranty they said i would have to send them in on my own ( they are a cheap frame they came free with the insurance ) but they would not give me any contact information on where to send them to because they said they are bought off the internet and in the mean time my daughter wouldn't have any glasses until they got back. So i paid them the $20.00 plus tax. and within a few minutes they changed the lenses into new frames. Then i asked them if they would check if i could get a refund because they were still under warranty they said they would look into it and get back to me. over a month later i went in to check on the status of my refund they told me they sent out a check. ( they did it's just that it was put into my neighbors mailbox they took their time giving it to me ) so i went back to their office to let them know i did get the check and to let them know it didn't get lost. They then informed i was divorced from their office and my family could no longer go there. I asked why the lady behind the desk said they don't put up with verbal abuse. I told her i never called them any names never yelled, I didn't do anything to them except to tell them i feel its just not right I should have to pay for frames that are under warranty its just wrong. the lady just told me we are not welcomed there in the future.
