  Started on 1/19/2016 All Discount Insurance Services, Inc. works hard to provide a professional level of experience with all their clients. Unfortunately as in many businesses on Google, people make comments on a business even if they are not a client or customer of the business as Ms. Gonzalez did earlier on a Google review. We believe Ms. Gonzalez is a girlfriend of a client that has harassed our agency and used vulgar language in another review on Facebook and we tried to explain several times that a cancellation fee would not be charged if he simply allowed his policy to cancel for non payment since he was on a month to month policy. Ms. Gonzalez review of a business that she had no interaction with is a complaint with no merit. We find it unfair that she decided to post a review based off of an experience that never happened to her. It is unfortunate that we find ourselves responding to something that never happened to her. Ms. Moyer is a friend of Ms. Gonzalez that has taken it upon themselves to write reviews that have no merit but to simply harass our company. If these reviews were legitimate then we would reach out to them to rectify the situation until they were completely happy.
